The 20 ft reefer container is made from corten steel and insulated with polyurethane foam. The floor is steel as well and provides good airflow through its special shape T. The 20 ft reefer container has a tara weight of 2.900 kg and a maximum payload of 27.580 kg. This adds up to a total gross weight of 30.480 kg. The 20 ft reefer container has the following measurements outside: 6.058 x 2.438 x 2.591 (length x width x height in mm) and inside: 5.450 x 2.292 x 2.288 (length x width x height in mm). The door opening measures 2.292 x 2.265 mm (width x height). The container’s volume is 28.60 cbm.
Measurements and weight of the 20 ft reefer container are subject to certain ISO norms. This, as well as the close cooperation with the manufacturers, ensures consistently high quality.
